New construction is a grind. By the time the builders are done, the yard is usually a mess of bare dirt, tire tracks, and loose sand - not exactly the look that sells a home fast. That's exactly what we were working with on this job for C&M Construction in Fall Creek.

We came in and handled the full scope - site prep and hydroseeding across the entire property. Site prep is the part most people don't think about, but it makes all the difference. If the ground isn't properly graded and ready before you seed, you're just setting yourself up for patchy results and erosion problems down the road. We got the ground dialed in first, then put the hydroseeder to work.

Hydroseeding is one of the best options for covering large areas on new construction sites. It's faster than hand seeding and far more cost-effective than sod. The slurry mix - seed, mulch, and tackifier - bonds to the soil and holds everything in place while germination gets going. You get consistent, even coverage across the whole yard, including the awkward angles and edges that are tough to hit any other way.

The result is a property that looks finished and market-ready. A clean, established lawn makes a huge difference in how a new home shows. Buyers notice when a yard looks pulled together - and they notice when it doesn't. Getting the landscaping right before listing isn't just curb appeal, it's part of the sale.
